Training ISO/IEC 20000

This one-day course examines the BS ISO/IEC 27031:2011 and how it aligns with existing standards and guidance. Referring to ISO 22301 and the BCI Good Practice Guidelines, we will look at how to integrate this Guideline for Information and Communications Technology Readiness for Business Continuity into existing BCM Programmes.

This qualification covers the Software Asset Management (SAM) processes as described in the SAM module within IT Infrastructure Library (ITILv3) and closely follows the ISO 19770-1:2006 Standard. The qualification also considers the interdependencies between ITIL Service Management principles in general and SAM.

The course will enable delegates to confidently sit the BCS/ISEB Practitioner Certificate in Software Asset Management exam.

Application of Risk to Management Systems training course will give management representatives and people responsible for management systems the tools and techniques that will enable the effective application of risk methods to their systems.
