This eLearning course takes a look at the role of an auditor as defined in the International Standard ISO 19011:2002.  It uses a scenario to replicate a business dilemma where no expert resource is available within the organization. Work through this module and gain an overview of ISO 19011 by interacting with content that provides a structured approach to formal audit activities and shares recommended guidance on competency and evaluation of auditors.
