Training Course Description
Lean Six Sigma Transactional Black Belt training participants receive a thorough exposure to the tools and methods that are necessary to successfully lead Lean DMAIC improvement projects in a transactional environment. Appropriate tools for the application of the DMAIC improvement methodology will be introduced along with hands-on exercises and tutorials to ensure rapid learning and knowledge retention. As part of the programme participants are encouraged to identify a project within their own business that will provide a real life problem to be solved using the tools and methods learned throughout the course. The project should be challenging yet of a scale that can be progressed as far as possible during the training while under the guidance of one of our highly experienced Master Black Belts. A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the course.
Lean Six Sigma Training is a mix of up-front teaching, and group and individual exercises. Training material is supplied in hard copy format for delegate use.
