Course Description
This course is designed to give delegates from non food industries the knowledge of how to apply the HACCP principles in their particular industry. The requirements for a hazard analysis system in manufacturing industries, such as packaging and consumer products is growing and this course will aid delegates in understanding the principles of HACCP and the knowledge to identify hazards and complete a HACCP plan which will aid in meeting the requirements of the BRC packaging and consumer products standards.
