Course author and presenters
Ian Charters FBCI has been a member of the Business Continuity Institute since 1997, and was elected a Fellow in 2004. He is an internationally respected Business Continuity Management practitioner, and a member of the board of the BCI as well as being Chair of its Education Committee. He was also on the working party which has developed Business Continuity Management (BS 25999).
